Chetna Shetty brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the marine industry, having held key roles across a broad range of functions including Human Resources, Crewing, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and QHSE. Her comprehensive expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and business growth within the organizations she has served.
From June 1997 to September 2020, Chetna was associated with several leading multinational marine companies in the UAE, such as Lamprell Energy, Seacor Marine, Inchcape Shipping Services, Miclyn Express Offshore, Stanford Marine, Allianz Middle East, and Allianz Marine Services. Her multifaceted roles across these companies have equipped her with a deep understanding of both onshore and offshore marine operations.
In December 2020, she pioneered the establishment of Shipworkz Marine Solutions in India. As the Director – India, based in Mumbai, Chetna leads the company’s business strategy and operations, focusing on delivering innovative and reliable marine solutions and steadily expanding its footprint in the Indian maritime sector and globally.
