Beginning his career at sea, he served as a Marine Engineer and rose to the rank of Chief Engineer, spending a decade sailing onboard vessels and gaining firsthand understanding of ship operations.
Transitioning ashore, Sanjib dedicated the next two decades to providing expert technical support, bridging the gap between on-deck realities and shore-based engineering solutions. His ability to innovate while staying grounded in practical experience makes him a vital driver of ShipWorkz’ s mission to modernize and optimize marine services.
As CTO, Sanjib leads the charge in integrating cutting-edge technologies with proven marine practices—ensuring that Shipworkz remains at the forefront of efficiency, safety, and reliability in the maritime sector.
